Alberta is a land unspoiled and unchanged, offering an abundance of natural beauty. From the soaring peaks of the Canadian Rockies, to the Badlands and the north's untamed outback, the visitor will find breathtaking vistas. Experience Banff National Park, easily one of the most beautiful places on earth.

Travel to Legendary Lake Louise, called the "Jewel of the Rockies." When you're ready for lots of action, come to the Calgary Stampede, billed as the "Greatest Outdoor Show on Earth." Or shop at the West Edmonton Mall, the largest shopping center in the world with 800 stores, 110 restaurants, 19 cinemas, a hotel, water park and the world's largest indoor amusement park. Perhaps one of the most beautiful drives in the world is the 145-mile Icefields Parkway, connecting Banff and Jasper.

Along the way is the Columbia Icefield, the largest expanse of ice and snow inthe Rockies. Along the highway there is also a wealth of wild rivers and waterfalls and spectacular scenery.
